REMS is a website of REMS Hospitality Ltd.

From time to time, we collect personal data from people we come into contact with. For example, website visitors, customers, and job applicants. This privacy policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

The type of personal data we hold

We primarily collect contact information such as address, telephone number and email address.

We may also collect information on your previous visits to our website, as described in ‘How we collect information’.

If we receive correspondence from you, we may keep a copy for our records. Similarly, if you apply for a job and send us a CV, we may keep this on file for future reference.

How we collect information

We collect information when you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it

When you contact us by email, telephone, social media, text message or through our website. We also collect information when we meet in person.

When you sign up for or use REMS you voluntarily share certain information like your name and email. You can also choose to share your business addresses, phone numbers and various items of business data to be able to get teh most from REMS.

If you sign in with your Google or Microsoft account to Seehoo, we use information from those accounts such as email, first and last names and account avatars. This is dependent on the privacy policies or settings for those accounts.

We also gather technical information when you use REMS

Log data. When you use REMS, our servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website, or that your mobile app automatically sends when you’re using it. This log data includes your IP address, the address of and activity on website and Web Application, searches, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used Seehoo, cookie data and device data.

Cookies. We use “cookies”, unique to your REMS account/your browser (or similar technologies) to gather log data. When we use cookies or other similar technologies, we use session cookies (that last until you close your browser) or persistent cookies (that last until you or your browser deletes them).

For example, we use cookies to store your login status or other settings so you don‘t have to set them up every time you visit REMS. Some of the cookies we use are associated with your REMS account (including information about you, such as the email address you gave us).

Device information. In addition to log data, we collect information about the device you’re using Seehoo on, including the type of device, operating system, settings, unique device identifiers and crash data that helps us improve your expereince of Seehoo if something breaks.

Information you provide to us about other people

If you provide us with information about any other person – making an enquiry for someone else, for example – you must ensure you have their consent to pass their details to us. Their information will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy.

How we use personal data

Your personal data will be used as necessary to provide our services to you. This includes providing a quote or proposal, providing you access to REMS, or any of it's add-on components, or for delivering training.

With your consent, we will send you marketing messages and promotions. These may include tailored offers based on your particular requests and needs, using information collected via online enquiry forms, by email or via social media.

You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time by using the contact details below. Any marketing messages sent by email have an unsubscribe button in the footer.

Access to your information and correction

You have a right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to receive a copy in a commonly accessible format, free of charge. You have a right to transfer that information.

You have a right to ensure any inaccurate or incomplete information is corrected or removed. You may request that we cease processing your personal information, while continuing to store it. You may also request that your personal information is removed from our records.

Third parties

We may share your information within the 3wbs Ltd group of companies, and with our suppliers as necessary to deliver our services. We will not disclose, share or sell your data to any other third parties, unless we have a legal obligation to do so.
